Carbohydrate is a substance that are the main source
of our body, the energy it produces for us is the energy we use for normal
activities. Foods like bread, potato, and rice have carbohydrate inside of it.
It is the crux of reasons that make the food valuable. And why does the food
above is different from one another?
For starter, every food have different substance
inside of it, and in every food contains various substance. For example, the
potato. Potato contains almost every crucial substance that our body needs,
such as proteins and carbohydrate in fact, we can live by just eating potato.
This theory has been proof by a guy name Dr. John McDougall in his videos
“potato-only diet? “
Secondly, you can see that potato have many substances
that can make it stand as a single food just as rice does. Every tiny bit of
rice contains only carbohydrate inside. Furthermore it doesn’t contain
micronutrient such as vitamins and iron.
In a word, Every food that contain carbohydrate indeed
have different effect in our body.
